Convenient location and big store. But really really rude and unfriendly staffs at Chanel and Dior cosmetic counters. Went there this Black Friday, wanted get some lipsticks, the sales assistants didn’t allow me touch the lipsticks but only themselves, and when the sales assistant left a mark on the package I asked to swap a new one, she talked to me like a boss, she could have just swapped it but she let me wait for like 10 minutes with a mean attitude! Very unhappy experience!

Took a kids broken frame today to ask for a replacement. The glasses were not broken. I was told they need up to 7 days to sort it out. The same frame was on display and they only needed to take the glasses off and replace the broken frame with the exact same one available. The agent and the manager made it clear that this cannot be done. Had the exact same thing done two years ago in a different boots store in a five minute time. The management in Clayton Square needs to update to more flexible solutions if not change. Will NOT recommend this store to parents as they are slow, inflexible, and always unwilling to help I made sure this is reported to Boots.

Great customer service from Amanda. She recently helped me choose some skin care. She was friendly, knowledgeable and happy to answer all my questions. I noticed that despite being busy she was just as helpful with other customers. Big smile and a positive attitude. Thank you Amanda.

What I like about this Boots is how big it is. My local Boots is kinda small but has alot of what I need. This place is massive and has everything you'll ever need medical wise. My wife loves the makeup department, the staff are super friendly. You can also purchase really cool Xmas gifts here.

On Friday, October 7, I was in a store in Liverpool L1, in the center of the big one, around 2 to 3 p.m. I was touching the powder tester with my finger when security came and said that I had to pay for this product because I had stolen half of it, I replied that that was already the case, that it was someone else's, but security she shouted that I had to pay or she would take me out of the store and show me the finger. it was terrible, such a shame.

Would like to compliment the sales assistant on the perfume counter who assisted me yesterday. Her name is Victoriana, she gets called Torrie, and she was wonderful. Such a pleasant shopping experience when the assistant is as professional, kind and helpful as she is. We are all very quick to complain but not to compliment however her kindness and her manner when dealing with customers made parting with money so much easier. Thank you Torrie for your help yesterday. Outstanding service.

Tried to find my makeup shade. Woman gave me the tiniest atom on the back of my hand to test. I could barely even use it to test. She offered a sample to but its not even enough for one use. Staff seem very friendly though and good selection of products

Opticians were very friendly and professional and quickly sorted out our problem. Very good customer service.

Boots is ok , the staff seem always busy but helpful enough. The store has everything you need but all over the place. Didn't find what I needed but overall I do go to their store for daily products. The beauty area always has good deals. I find some of medical products overpriced.

I always find this Boots very scruffy, particularly the make up section. I know they are a busy store, but no one seems to tidy up shelves etc. I've been in one day and seen broken stuff/mess on shelves and it's still there two days later.Doors in and out are frequently closed off for random reasons too, making negotiating around the shop a pain too.Not a pleasant shopping experience.
