Great shop. Very helpful and welcoming owner who helped me out buying a new device.. Got a great new vape by Jac Vapour. Helped me out setting it up and going through everything. Highly recommended, better then most vape shops in Edinburgh I've been to, well worth a visit.Thanks for the advice and nice chatting to you.

The gentleman who owns the shop provides amazing customer service. He's super friendly, doesn't mind chatting with you, actively asks questions about what you wish so that he can find the best kit for you. And I know, they all ask questions, it's their job, but with a previous bad experience in another shop as a comparison, I can say that at Provapor I did not feel as if someone was being nice with me just for the sake of selling their products. The guy had the patience and sat with me for least 40 min in search of a TC coil for one of the tanks(obviously). Great experience. I highly recommend.

I live in glasgow but always wait until im in edinburgh to get vape supplies. Peter is great, so kind. If you don't know stuff about vaping he makes it really accessible

1st time i bought/tried a vape pen , Peter went out his way to be helpful & extremely patient with a newbie ,set up my vape pen so i was vaping before i left the shop :) , great product (CBD) great knowledge , will be back.

Fantastic shop with excellent range of kit and oils. Just bought the Endura T18 ii and it is a lovely piece of kit. The staff in the shop are extremely helpful, and keep me right. A must for folk who never want to smoke again.

Great customer service, Lucas at the desk fixed my old ecig, speed charged it and with some technical tools and know how, he got it up and running smoothly again. Thanks Lucas, I will be back for more oil in the future :-)

10/10, guy who runs the place really cares about his customers! Got something for everyone, good for people like me who aren't that knowledgable or interested in all the technical stuff, just tell him what you use and he'll tell you whats best for you (even if its cheaper!). If you're more into" vaping then still a great shop

Been there to buy some liquids for my RTA lovely tattooed black hair lady help me a lot with choosing the best ones. I highly recommend this vape shop will definitely come back !!!

Friendly, helpful staff. Fantastic stock of liquids, mods and tanks. Got my new Pulse 24 dripper from here and the flavour is amazing. Very reasonably priced too
