The service I received was exemplary. My watch was pick up from my home and returned repaired a couple of hour late and the cost for this door to door service was very reasonable. I was very satisfied indeed.

I took in a 1960s citizen watch from Japan, was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism from the business, resealing an battery replacement with a water test £25 an a warranty on the seal.

Excellent place. I took an unusual German 1970s wristwatch in a few weeks ago, which my local jeweller wouldn't work on. To my pleasant surprise, they were familiar with the movement. They carried out a full service at a good price and well within the agreed timescale, and the piece is running beautifully now. Email updates on progress were also much appreciated. Recommended.

DO NOT TAKE UR PHONE HERE. A while back I took my phone in for a problem with the charging port. They charged me about £180 and said to return in 5-7 business days. When I returned they said they hadn’t even had a chance to look at it and said they would contact me when it was ready for repair. They never contacted me and when I went in to the shop they then said that it wasn’t the charging port that was the problem but the back screen. And they said it would instead cost me even more money. I refused to pay it and asked them to fix it as they were the ones who diagnosed the initial problem and clearly got it wrong. When they gave it back it had lots of problems including Bluetooth and camera difficulties which it hadn’t had before. Finally got my phone back in a different colour than it went in. They had my phone for 4 months on and off. Awful experience. Unprofessional staff. Zero contact with the customer. Would NOT recommend.
