FedEx Station Worcester

Twice they said they had tried to deliver a parcel but got no reply. My CCTV showed that neither time had they even come to the house.The only vaguely redeeming feature was that I was able (eventually, and with some difficulty) to talk to a real person. They didn't seem to be that bothered or surprised that the driver lied about the delivery.

Lorry driver tailgated me from Hartlebury to the black bridge and then hit my wing mirror as he was turning right at the black bridge.Very dangerous driving and if my dashcam had been working I would have reported him to the policeMercedes-benz ActrosRegistration DK61 YOWFriday 28th April 2023 around 18.05hrs

Inept driver. Could not find address so reported no one home. Not once, FOUR times over six days. Important shipment from Germany. Customer Service is useless -- chat, no real human. Opened case each time. Next day driver has package (no delivery attempt) and customer service messages Out for delivery

Shocking service, waited in all day till 6pm. Courier updated tracking to say he had tried to deliver the parcel but was lying as I was working from home and could see the door and drive from my window all day. Also my ring camera did not pick up an fedex attempt.Tried to ring customer service, useless hung on me 3 times and still do not resolve issue.Rang local depot in Kidderminster. They promised to deliver it on the Saturday before 12, waited in again and surprise surprise no attempt to deliver it again. Never use or trust the company. In fact I will now not purchase items from companies that do use them.

An SMS message says a delivery was attempted, but I have been at home all day and no knock or doorbell, no missed delivery card! Following the link to their website was hopeless and their virtual assistant was worse than useless. I feel like I have been scammed!!

Delivery due on Friday - took a day off work to receive it, Got a message to say I was not in, NONESENSE. Phoned the help line, advised the driver would return....did he/she - NO. Advised it would be delivered BEFORE 10.00 Monday - took a morning off work, DID NOT turn up, asked to wait till end of day - NO DELIVERY. TNT suggested I made a 60 mile round journey to collect it, No delivery Tuesday or No delivery Wednesday. Someone at the Worcester depot is not taking responsibility. A senior supervisor (R) was looking into it and said she would get back to me by the end of the day - 10 mins to go. The individuals on the help line, on the whole, have been good and done all they can within their means but they have been let down by the people they contact to chase things up The TNT system is useless I strongly advise you only use them if you have no other options - check out what hundreds of other people say about them

Absolutely no help at all they are a joke and it was like speaking to a call centre in India would not recommend using this company for a next day service they make yodel look good and did not think that possible

No one answering the door at FedEx Worcester (Hartlebury) drop-off point on a Saturday morning and 45 minutes wasted on the phone, waiting for, but never speaking to a customer service agent.

Delivery was initially due for 29/04/22, I was in all friday and received a letter through the door to tell me i wasn't in and had to wait until today ( 03/05/22 ) to receive my parcel. I was sitting in the front room, booked the day off work so I wouldn't MISS IT.The same again! Letter through the door to tell me I missed it. I even assigned an alternative delivery address next door and had the same excuse! I dont think the delivery driver can even be bothered to knock the door.Got in contact with FedEx themselves to be told i could collect it from the depot to only be told its with the driver all day and I cannot collect it. Staff have been helpful so no disrespect to them but the driver is useless.Ive arranged pickup tomorrow from the depot as I can almost guarantee if the driver attempts delivery tomorrow it'll be the same situation i was in the past two attempts.Hopefully all is resolved tomorrow.Why is it amazon or other delivery companies give you a timeslot instead of 'before 6pm' no live updates either. Need to get with the times.
