Caught by this garage for the second time.On Both occasions we were quoted one price and then invoice another.First time by a THIRD of the orginal price and on the 2nd occasion by nearly DOUBLE.I completely understand that additional work maybe required, however a phone call to discuss the extra work would have been appreciated. When I mentioned this over the phone all I got told was yes we should have called you" not very helpful.Safe to say I won't be getting caught a 3rd time.DOUBLE THE PRICE YOUR QUOTED AND YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE ANY SURPRISES WHEN ITS TIME TO PAY YOUR BILL"

MOT and service all done and dusted. Of course, there were some issues - there always are with my car, but they were dealt with easily. Nice people to do business with!

I had my car collected and returned on the same day , the car was MOT’D and serviced. Excellent service as usual! Will definitely use again and would highly recommend

I have recently moved to the area and I was on the look out for a new garage. I will 100% use White Rose Garages again! My MOT was done quickly and I didn’t have to chase them, they called me when it was done and ready to collect. To also brighten up my day they strapped in my 2 backseat permanent passengers - Gizmo (the gremlin) and Gordon (the highland cow)! Good hoomans work here ⭐️

Can’t thank the guys at White Rose Alton enough for sorting out my car for me on very short notice. I called with the problem and even though they were very busy they offered to carry out the work after hours to help me out. Fantastic service from start to finish. Booked online and received a follow up call the next day. The staff were attentive and listened to my needs.
