The Hive Dental Clinic and Laboratory

The team at the Hive fixed my broken denture within an hour on the same day I took it to be repaired. The service I received was outstanding from first contact to receiving my mended denture. There is no evidence of the fracture at all, it feels smooth & fits like a glove. It’s as if nothing happened! A special thank you to Simon for his excellent work & also Emily who was so kind to organise this for me. Sandy was a lovely welcoming face on reception too & extremely helpful. I would recommend The Hive to anyone wishing for a five star exceptional service.

Excellent service and very happy with your friendly staff and professional repair service provided. I had recently been to a different company and experienced terrible problems with my dentures. After they were repaired l went on holiday and had problems with my dentures again. After only 5 days I needed them repaired again. I decided to choose another company and contacted the Hive Dental Laboratory they identified the problem and were very professional. My denture now feel like new.Many thanks

What a team! I spoke with Holly to see about adjusting Mum’s dentures and replacing a badly chipped front tooth. Mum used to live some miles away and it wasn’t practical to return to the lovely dentist who supplied the dentures, so I used Google to find options near Bournemouth.Holly at The Hive gave me very clear guidance on what information they’d need and pricing and I agreed to go ahead. They fitted us in within a couple of days. Technician Lydia did a super job of replacing the broken tooth, taking care to ensure there was a colour match and we now can’t tell which tooth was replaced. Lydia also explained what would be a much better solution (than my idea) for tightening Mum’s plate too and has guided me on the specifics she needs to order the right parts. Mum’s in a wheelchair, so they’ll even do a home visit to make the adjustments. I’m very impressed and mum loves her rejuvenated front teeth. Thank you The Hive.

I can't thank Emily, Lydia & the team enough for the outstanding service, wonderful care and truly life changing treatment they have helped me with. Starting with an emergency denture made literally within 2 weeks, moving on to a permanent one and then helping me through the implant journey for an anchor, they have been nothing but kind, caring and reassuring. The level of professionalism and care exhibited by all the lovely staff at the Hive Dental Clinic was truly outstanding. After a dreadful experience elsewhere I was delighted with every stage of the process. Will not hesitate to recommend.

Very good service. Nice knowledgeable staff, top class work by Mike on repairing my denture. And was all done in just over an hour.Excellent all round, from the original phone conversation to completion of repair. I'd recommend The Hive Bournemouth for any dental work.
