Richard was very helpful and went to extra mile on showing me how everything works and what’s best for my situation. He wasn’t pushy on the sale which made me feel very comfortable to buy my first caravan from Status caravans. Great communication throughout the sale and gave advice on the future with my van including tyres. Highly recommend.

Just bought our first ever caravan from Status Select, Richard was excellent from start to finish. He has advised us on everything, really helpful tips, on how to use our caravan correctly so we don't my mistakes in the future. Smooth transaction and went the extra mile. Would not hesitate to buy again in the future. We are not local and travelled but worth it to get the right caravan.

I bought a mint condition Kawasaki W800 motorcycle from Richard at Status Select, on trust, as Bradford is a long way from Cornwall. Not what you would normally expect to find at a caravan dealers !Richard even covered the cost of replacing a tired battery.Now that's what I call a good deal...The bike was totally as described, and actually better than I expected when it arrived here via the courier service.

Richard who owns Status Select spent a long time with us pre and post purchase to make sure we bought the right caravan with a layout that we liked. He was friendly and went out of his way to be helpful making sure that the caravan was serviced by a technician and that any faults were rectified or replaced by him at his cost. When we picked the caravan up he went through everything with us before we went. Highly recommend that this is an honest caravan dealer. Well done Richard see you in the future!

Can highly recommend Richard , not at all pushy very knowledgeable and friendly. Richard showed us everything we need to know as we are newbies and went above and beyond delivering to the Lake District and helping making sure we knew how to set up. Excellent experience buying from Status select. Richard was first class in is service. Every question I had was answered before I had a chance to ask it. All paperwork was ready to go when I arrived and everything was perfectly in order. the attention to detail was what we all hope to find when buying and gave me the greatest confidence in my purchace. The vehicle itself was in perfect condition, that's not even an exageration, it looked fresh off the factory floor! Couldn't ask for more, and couldn't recomend highly enough!!
