Variety of choice was loads and different colours. Shame as there was large group of staff all standing in a big group as we walked in. Could come across very intimidating to potential buyers

Visited here today to purchase a Sofa, we have an awkward shaped room so we knew it was going to be a difficult search. Steve was absolutely superb, he had so much knowledge and we felt really comfortable in his hands, easily the best customer service we have received in a LONG time! Large airy showroom with lots of good furniture around. Material swatches with each style so you can see the colour/material options available. No hassle from staff, but very helpful when called on. Jon had excellent product knowledge and was very helpful and patient. Probably the best customer service of all the furniture stores we tried on the Retail Park.

I wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing. Saying that, it's a really beautiful sofa, nobody else sells it, and we had our eyes on it and only it. I just hope they actually deliver a complete and undamaged item!Ordered in February, salesman told us it's unlikely to take longer than end of April as they fulfill orders in time and don't want to keep stock in their warehouse. We were hoping to get it before Eid, and before my son's birthday. Guess what?Nothing.I had to chase them myself, to be told that it's expected mid May, no other reasons given. Verbal apology and NOTHING else. I bet they'd be SO QUICK to respond if payments failed.If there are any problems I'd be seeking credit card resolution.

Had purchased sofa online in good faith. I was told it was a cancelled order. Little did I know from the purchase day till now I would be left without my old sofas and to now without any sofa at all in my house. It all started on the delivery date in June 2021 to have the delivery cancelled on the day. That was not too bad as a replacement sofa came not on the promised day but two days later still no phone to let us know but they just turned up. When we got delivered the sofa we ordered, it was not a cancelled order, it was a shop floor sofa and came with damages. We were told to contact the office, took me 1 hour 45 minutes of waiting to get through, to be told we can have the delivered sofa returned and to be replaced with the same alternative. I have also purchased a 4 seater new, to be told they can deliver the set and would have a call back to let me know with a delivery date. 3 weeks has gone by had no call at all. I had then called waiting this time got 1 hour and 17 minutes to be told I shall get a call back the following week with an update of delivery. Once got a call back on a the following week Wednesday (though I had fully paid for the sofa) 10th August 2021 - the sofas had been sold to alternative customers in the 14th August and they have taken delivery of the items on the 26th August 2021. I have been waiting for a call back from the managers / been two weeks into September and still waiting. The have full payment from me but no sofa from sofaology there is a lot more that I have not added as it would take me at least 30 minutes to type. What a f”ing joke. Still no call, still waiting times of over an hour to speak to someone

Sofa with no legs!! Delivery guys didn't install legs on side of the sofa and took with them the two legs. There is legs on one side, but not on the other side. They didn't even inspect it after installing.Submitted complaint to customer service, Ref 2994404/2, and was informed that another department will call back and still have not heard back from them.Really unfortunate that I am wasting time after spending so much money. Will wait for couple of days more before progressing the matter through other forums.UPDATE: The technician did not turn up on the appointment day, i.e. 13 May and they did not telephone to update the cancellation. Now they are saying that there is only one day in the next month in which the technician can attend. What ridiculous situation, all because of the fault that I purchased from this irresponsible...Update 25/05/2023 - Booked another appointment, but technician called from Scotland and informed that he is unable to travel to London to fix the legs because it is bit far. This has now become a nightmare and harassment by this company.

Bought 2 sofas, both delivered two months late but one with a large rip. Sofology originally refused to replace the sofa and said they would only repair it but after much back and forth arguing they agreed to replace. 3 months later our sofa is replaced but is as hard as nails and uncomfortable to sit on. Again after many phone calls, sofology eventually agreed to send someone out to investigate. After which we were told that the cushion used would eventually go softer if we were patient and used it more.Problem is no one wants to sit on it because it’s uncomfortably hard. Sofology won’t replace the cushions. Therefore we feel we were sold a sofa different to the one we purchased in the show room and Sofology refuse to make it right. Very poor service and a very disappoint sofa.

Nice choice of sofas classic and modern, with anything in life, nothing is cheap anymore but their quality is good and good service from sales people, would recommend.
