Very large selection of remote control models from helicopters, planes, cars to rockets. Lots of spares and other model accessories. Very friendly staff who know their stuff.

Ordered a 3D Plane came withouth O-Rings and Ruder Push Rod... Phoned to the company next day said they will sort it out straight away same day so was expecting next day to get my parts but no I didn't...And now its a weekend... Ech Disapointed of this company service...UPDATE 20/08/2018 - No pushrods or O rings which I been promissed. Very disapointed. Worst costumer service ever.

Really excellent service. Called to rearrange a delivery to a different address as original wouldn't have arrived on time for Christmas. The respondent on the phone was super friendly, extremely accommodating and helpful. Thank you so much! :)

Great service on delivery. Due to a mishap (my fault) I needed a new motor & fusealage that was out of stock and has been for some time. James from Century phoned me today, and even after all this time, parts are on the way. Great aftercare by these guys.

I bought an ex-shop display Max Thrust foam Riot from Century UK, and being new to the hobby, I had lots of questions. Dean the General Manager, could not do enough to help me to get everything ready, answering all my questions be email and by phone.Excellent customer service :-)

Item (RC car) bought for my son less than 5 months ago and used a handful of times. Suddenly it stopped working. Called customer service for support but after a couple of (kind) attempts they were not able to tell exactly what/where the problem was. The only sure thing I have been told is the guarantee does not cover the issue, although they do not know what/where the fault is! Not recommended.
