Excellent service and I highly recommend Gravelwood Car Sales!I would like to thank Gravelwood Car Sales for their excellent service. I loved their friendly approach to the car sales. They were great through the whole process and never pushed a sale when I first viewed my car. Then, when I had an issue with my car they were really quick to respond and sorted everything out for me straight away.I can honestly say that Gravelwood Car Sales is the best car dealership that I've ever dealt with and I will always buy all my future cars from them, even though they are located almost 2 hours away from me!Thanks again Gravelwood!

I purchased an M4 Competition from here a while ago. Sean sent me a walk around video where I could see the car had matching Michelin PSS tyres all round. When I asked how much tred the tyres had left, I felt like he kept dodging the question. However he did reassure me that all tyres would have at least 3mm of tred.When I went to collect the car I noticed the front two tyres were a mixed part worns and the rears were down to the wear indicators.I sent Tony a message on insta to address this as it left a sour taste in my mouth and a £1000 bill to rectify, this was the response I got;“We always have tyres knocking about in the workshop, the original ones must have been low so the workshop would have replaced them . The rears will be 3 m or over when it left the workshop otherwise they would have been changed too.”I totally appreciate I had the opportunity to walk away from the car but after travelling 260 miles i felt pushed into a corner.So where am I going with this; morals and ethics are subjective, my expectation would’ve been to get the car with premium tyres/good tred and if they needed replacing, for them to be replaced with brand new premium tyres not “tyres knocking about in the workshop” - at the very least I would’ve expected Sean to be transparent with me from the outset. After all it was £40k motor.Expect “back street dealer” service and quality and they should live up to expectations.

I was shopping around for a specific model and had been let down by a couple of large multi-franchise dealerships (one of which sold a car out from under me, and the other omitted to mention their car had been salvaged as stolen/recovered). I sourced the very model I was looking for at Gravelwood, and a couple of phone calls later I had the car secured. I had no problems buying remotely - both Stuart and Tony were totally honest about the car's history and condition and even arranged delivery to my doorstep (which is 450 miles away). The car had been prepared to an exceptionally high standard and even put through an MOT despite not yet being three years old. I felt totally supported throughout my purchase and valued as a customer. I did get the impression through chatting that they were more traditional or 'old school' dealers; but that brings with it traits like honesty, integrity, value, and a true commitment to customer satisfaction. I am over the moon with my new car, and I can't thank Stuart and Tony enough for their patience and dedication in dealing with this 'old school' customer.

100% highly recommend! Sold my car to Gravelwood and can't fault the services at all. Tony was great to deal with, as well as the rest of the team. A price was agreed on Monday and my car was collected Wednesday morning at a time that suited me. I got the price I wanted for the car and funds were transfered on collection. Made selling my car so easy, quick and stress free!

Overall service was great until I had a problem, I paid a deposit and collected my car and was happy until...Unfortunately after a few weeks it became apparent that my rear axle of my FWD car was out of massively out of alignment. I quick google search revealed that the car I purchased year wise is common to this issue.Now that the car was out of warranty the only fix is a new rear axle or a specialist using shims to adjust the tracking on the torsion beam and get the wheels in spec.(The outside edges of my front wheel drive cars rear tyres are burning though rubber, I am down to 4mm in less than 2000 miles.)I called Stuart at Gravelwood and advised him of the issue, i've sent pictures, and I have called since as had no reply from sent emails but i'm simply getting ignored. Being honest it's a bit embarrassing for me to keep on so much as I live in Cardiff and bought the Car in Kent where Gravelwood are located so they are most likely just ignoring thinking I will eventually forget that this issue exists. I have spend £100's of pounds on tyres and possibly might spend £100's more fixing this issue with no empathy of helpfulness from Gravelwood.It is not Stuart or Gravelwood's fault for selling me a car with an expensive fault as I genuinely believe they would not of seen this issue at first due to the nature of the fault and only being seen until my ownership. It's been almost 3 months since reporting this issue and not once have I had any email acknowledgement with how we can get this resolved.I have attached pics of the issue of my Rear Tyres. (Car is a Nissan Leaf BTW)

I recently bought a car from Gravelwood. I'm based in Manchester and they are Kent so communication was key for me. Stuart answered all my questions and sent through all the paperwork I requested, i.e. spec sheet of the car. I bought the car on finance and there was an error. I spoke to them and this was fixed with no issues. The delivered the car for free and turned up in mint condition, very clean. Very happy with the service and the purchase made. Thank you

I rang in today regarding 2 BMW M2’s available on the gravelwood website. Gentleman I spoke to was great and offered me fantastic advise on how to get the most for my part exchange carMost dealers are money hungry but these guys really do provide a great service and look to assist customers needs

A big thank you to Tony and Gravelwood Car Sales. They purchased our Range Rover Sport from us making the entire process a pleaure. This was the first time I had sold a car with outstanding finance and I was nervous about the process but Tony was great, he answered all of our questions and really put us at ease. We had an offer on Friday and the car was collected by Tuesday morning with funds sent to clear the finance that day. A great service and a company I'll be returning to in the future.

We sold our Audi to Gravelwood and found the process very quick and straightforward. Price given was fair and communication via text and email was much smoother than the likes of Motorway or webuyanyoldbanger.
