Easthaven Property Management

i really do not understand why this agency is rated so low. They are quick to arrange a new tenancy, do not ask for thousands of sensitive documents and do not shy away from returning a deposit. In fact, they are by far the best agency I've dealt with in Aberdeen. I've rented two flats with them, background checks were very quick and painless and both times I got my full deposit back.The agencies I used before them were full of cheating scumbags who either tried to manipulate me into signing a terribly disadvantageous contract or outright plundered my deposit, charging several hours of professional cleaning for three specks of dust on the light switch. And yet all those agencies are rated higher than this one. Manipulated ratings? I see no other explanation.

I rented a property with Easthaven and in my time renting properties I've had agency's and landlords who were unresponsive and would ignore issues. Easthaven is a prime example of what it means to be a reliable and helpful agency, they were always responsive and understanding whenever I communicated if I had any issues they would carry out and organise repairs or solutions asap, sometimes same day! Rented a flat through easthaven property management. I was an international student and don't have a guarantor. They were still happy to help me went through this issue. Although I did not rent for long time (for some family health issue), they were still professional....always reply email sooooo quickly. I will definitely choose them if I come back to the UK.

I rented a flat from Easthaven for 18 months. The flat was well-prepared at the start and paperwork was quickly completed. On the two occasions I reported a problem, it was dealt with within 24 hours. I have already recommended them to a work colleague and would recommend them again here.

If you want to be minding your own business at your HOME and you don't want someone to suddenly open the door and enter your house then don't use these guys. They should send an email about this 24h before the visit but they did send it just an hour before and I hadn't seen it before suddenly finding a strange man in my house.

I lived in a property mannaged by this company before and they were slow to respond. We had two months without a bed in one of our rooms, two months without one of our showers and atleast a month without a functional oven and still had to pay the same level of rent.I have an image attached as well of what the state our boiler was in when we moved in. To which the response I got was we service our boilers yearly". Where the damage on the boiler
