Really great garage and car sales business. Aziz was super helpful, informative and not pushy about trying to make a sale. Very friendly staff who went above and beyond trying to help us with purchasing a new car. Though we didn't make a purchase this time, the service and support from Aziz and his colleagues was such that we will definitely be back again!!

Went to get a finance deal on a skoda KAROQ. Although I did not end up going through with the purchase the staff were amazing and helpful, in particular Dean who couldn't have been more informative and professional. Our first Motability car in 15 years ago was a Skoda from Simpsons and when it came time to consider another Skoda it was a no brainer to visit them again in 2023. My experience this time around with Allan as Motability specialist in Colne was second to none. He struck exactly the right note in checking what I needed and taking me through the various features of the cars. Even though in the end we chose a different car, I know that in the future we will be coming back to Simpsons again.

Went first time was served by Debbie she provided excellent service. Gave all the information I required went the extra mile by calling me later for further assurance. She is a great asset to the company. Should be promoted.

Bought a car from distance. Really happy with car although kerbed alloys are within 'simpsons standards' . I am sure it weren't kerbed in the video they sent . Car was driven down and fuel was not topped up by delivery driver (£40 was added to my invoice ) I had a range of 120 miles . The salesperson I bought the car fromwas on holiday when I took delivery and I spoke to numerous staff about my concerns and no one got back to me . Eventually alangot back to me after numerous emails I have sent . Told me alloy was within standards and car had 40 pounds of fuel in it when it left there site. I live over 4 hours away and the fuel issue was down to their driver. I have since had another month's worth of tax on my part exchange taken by dvla as was not dealt with. Again was told he will look at finding way to refund my month's worth of tax.. almost month later I have not heard nothing ...
