Castle Point Golf Course
The course is quite challenging particularly if the wind is up but the condition often lets it down a little. If it's been raining a lot the fairways will generally be soggy and the greens are not usually in brilliant nick but it's definitely adequate for the cost, particularly if you play as a four ball and get the full discount. By the late spring and early summer the course condition is usually much better than early season when it's wet.

Castle Point Golf Course
I was given a voucher as a present to play this course with a bucket of range balls thrown in . The parking was fine as it is in most courses and the clubhouse was functional for the course on offer . The driving range or nets was fine . The course itself had a variety of holes which were tough as well as quirky in places . A surprisingly enjoyable course considering it’s marshland location which can be an uninspiring environment. Given the chance I would play it again

Castle Point Golf Course
Played Castle Point today. Front 9 was frosty but an expectation this time of year. Back 9 when the frost had melted was much fairer and reasonably good condition. Couple of the greens in part under repair, so nasty Sand Repairs spoiled the greens which were in overall good condition. Most were quite fast and true. Overall I enjoyed the round and will play again there in 2024. Might even join there when my membership at another course ends in April 2024. In the drier months I expect Castle Point will be a bit easier as today and it was expected there was no run.

Castle Point Golf Course
With all the rain lately I must say the course is excellent. The fairways have been cut to perfection and the greens are running true. A grat shout out to the green staff for a terrific job they are doing.

Staff seem to be unhelpful at the driving range the amount of times there are no balls and I have had to try and chase someone to get some for me. Also on 4 occasions now they decide to close and hour earlier compared to the website opening hours and turn the machine off at 6:30 instead of 7:30 is annoying.

Went to pay and was told to play front nine twice as greens on back nine were bare, dry and cracking but the front was terrible aswell . u can see the irrigation doesn’t work properly as water doesn’t cover most the green…I know through members they only have one proper green keeper which is a joke… whoever owns this course will happily take £25 off you which is over priced by £15…Spend the money and it could be a good course but doubt they will.. there was more workers in the club house than tending to the course..

Didn't go here, was just stuck in traffic as I was passing. Think they must have upgraded their WiFi as I drive past pretty much every day. This is the first time it has appeared on my timeline

Needs better course management as the course has a good layout but greens ,bunkers and tee boxes all need work done on them

Castle Point Golf Course
Course in good condition following a lot of rain. Bunkers not great but a really enjoyable round of golf for not a lot of money. Clubhouse staff were very accommodating. Will definitely be back.
