Good tip, well organised and helpful staff. Just a shame it closes at 1pm on weekends. If you work full time in the week and only have weekends to sort out house/garden stuff, you don't have a very big window of time to get to the tip before they shut.

One of the best recycling sites I've been to (previous experiences from when I lived in outer West London). The site is always really clean and all of the guys there are very helpful.It can get busy during out-of-work hours/weekends, but I personally haven't had to wait more than 5mins to get a spot to unload from.

We brought a heavy leather armchair to your site today and two young men were very helpful and pleasant, we were also serenaded by one young man singing, obviously enjoying his work. Thank you. ( well done Crowborough).

Really helpful and polite staff and efficient recycling site today especially processing the domestic plasterboard waste that I had. No queues whatsoever during a mid week lunchtime. Keep up the great work.

I have visited this site countless times over many years. All staff I have ever come into contact with have been very helpful and polite .The only people I have witnessed who were difficult were the grumpy tippers who had to wait for parking spaces then continued to raise their voices at staff just because they have to flatten their cardboard, disgraceful behaviour . Maybe they should try Wadhurst or Tunbridge wells and enjoy the drive. Most of us are delighted we have this facility here. A huge thank you to all the staff for all you do for us .Cake lady
