Shepperton Marina Ltd

Lovely spot and friendly marina staff.... However, I recently had antifouling repaint competed at this marina and they failed to paint under the blocks... The offered resolution was to paint the missed areas of the hull while the boat was on the trailer, before a 3 hour drive home. Not an acceptable resolution at all, driving 3 hours with wet antifoul paint on the bottom of the boat... Still waiting on them to contact me to sort it out, but nothing so far!

Such an big and elegant marina! They have security system so your boat is watched 7/24 and you can feel safe there. Also there are super clean wc and bathroom facilities for people who use the marina. Also there are some shops for renting/buying boats, maintenance etc.

The worst experience of our lives!We bought a brand new house boat and the after care was unexpectedly terrible!What should have been the happiest time of our lives!Turned into a Night mare!So happy now we have left.

Stayed here for a week at short notice, all the staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful, the toilets and showers are modern and clean, there is a laundry with 2 washers and 2 dryers at £2.20 each, big easy to access and use pumpout station, easy to access fuel pontoons, nice big car parks with electric security gates, and a sales pontoon, I walked around the whole marina and it is extremely picturesque and well keeped, Walton on Thames is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute cab ride away with all the shops and resturants you could ever want, there is an extremely good engineering and chandler called Lindon Lewis Marine on site too that have gone above and beyond to help me out on a few occasions, Shepperton marina is an extremely good marina and with its own uniqueness.

What a lovely tranquil Marina, I was visiting friends this weekend and found the resident boat owners to be very friendly

Myself and a friend wanted to go in and have a look around maybe have a meal and enjoy the place but we weren't sure whether we will be locked in or not.Not very good business

If you want a really good Marina on River Thames then look no further than Shepperton Marina. My experience over the past two years of being a berth holder, has been really positive. They have great facilities - spotless toilets and showers - these should be a given in any good Marina. Where Shepperton Marina really stand out and makes them unique, is the quality and quantity of their marina team. When you come across such a dedicated, friendly and 'can do' team you know they have got it right. Our over riding experience at the marina has been one of having fun, but we also appreciated the technical support, training and river cruises they organised for us.

I've called them to check if I could empty the holding tank and do a laundry, the guy tell me it was OK. What a surprise when I've popped in to the office to learn that I can't do the laundry... I have to book a berth. So, I said OK and leave to do not come back EVER. You, the old lady... YOU NEED TO IMPROVE YOUR COSTUMER SERVICES SKILLS AND THE GUY BY THE PHONE SHOULD LEARN THE BUSINESS POLICIES.

Large marina with good facilities. Good parking with plenty of room. Good security with gates closed outside opening hours.

Lovely friendly place (probably because we were buying petrol) despite not staying overnight we were allowed to use the facilities. Will visit again.
