I called to schedule an appointment for my girlfriend, and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and short with me from start to finish. The call didn't last for more than a minute, so I wasn't wasting her time. She ignored my question and refused to tell me when she might next have appointments available and put the phone down on me with an ok bye" when I asked if they did threading there. I've never felt so insulted just trying to book an appointment."
