Absolutely appalling customer service. Ordered through b and q market place. Constantly having to wait 48 hours for responses and Constantly calling b and q customer services, which were useless as well. Taken almost 4 weeks to receive my refund. Won't be using this company or b and q again. Buyer beware

Sent my order to a totally different area then it went down as refused delivery and made me wait home all day for nothing. Tried to cancel amd get a refund but still not resolved. Had to call amazon, the range and mh star. Think I will stop buying from 3rd parties on websites as they take no responsibility. Will buy from somewhere better in future!!

The fireplace worked for a few minutes when I tested it spring time. When I put it on 7 months later it stopped working. This company said all there electrical goods come with a 6 month warranty. Amazon did nothing to help , so my credit card company got my money back. Electrical goods must have a minimum of 12 months warranty.
