I've been to a few garden centres this summer and I often go to Kiln Farm, I'm usually impressed, if I order compost a staff member brings it to my van, and very quickly. Today I was even more impressed, some other garden centres looked a little tired especially house plants but Kiln today excelled themselves their display was so healthy looking I had to buy a cactus, and I think it hadn't been watered long either Great, thank you. D

I've bought my Christmas tree here for the last 8 years. They always have a great selection of big trees at a good price. Customer service is always really good and staff always help carry the tree to the car. Highly recommend this place.

Lots of room to walk round the one way system. Lovely plants, shrubs and trees. Also garden furniture and tools. Nice farm shop well worth a visit. I purchased vegetable seedlings and organic compost for my raised beds. Seedlings will rest in my greenhouse until I have put compost in beds.

This is a well stocked and pleasant garden centre with well tended plants and a very helpful service taking compost bags and other heavy items directly to your car. Its good to support an independent business like this in the area. However, my experience on more than one occasion at the till has been of surly and grudging service. I almost felt I was intruding and left feeling less than welcome.

This place is a little paradise. Fantastic to see so many plants which they grow themselves. Clearly it is an ethical place and I was delighted to see more natural products for sale rather than the nasty sprays and chemicals many garden centres sell.

Have to say, what a great nursery! Friendly and knowledgeable staff who were more than happy to advise and give me tips on caring for my lovely new Acer Tree!Worth noting as well, the actual tree itself knocks spots off the ones that the other nurseries I have been to recently had! Glad I waited to find the right one!
