Josh and his team undertook some fairly extensive renovations of our 2 bedroom property in some quite challenging circumstances particularly with supply chain issues associated with COVID and also high demand for tradespeople.The work involved a range of activities including replastering, rewiring and upgrade of boiler and heating system. There was also some minor internal modifications including creation of an ensuite as well as fitting of kitchen and bathrooms, installation of new flooring, a new glass balustrade and loft reconfiguration. New word work was required throughout as was additional cabinetry and carpentry.Josh is a decent, easy going and easy to get on with chap. Communication throughout the project was excellent (we were not based locally during the build) and Josh was extremely transparent with budget and costings - providing us with a high degree of confidence that finances were under control.The standard of the work was exceptional and Josh always went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the finishes. He was also very fair when there were unexpected issues that needed resolving.There were challenges along the way in terms of timelines which in some cases could on reflection have been managed better from the outset however overall I would have no hesitation in recommending Josh for work of this nature in the future.
