This is a company that goes the extra mile for its customers. Sadly it turned out that they were not allowed by the manufacturer to repair my car but in spite of this they spent a lot of time with my insurers explaining the situation , getting the job re assigned and keeping me in the picture. That's real service even if they did not earn a penny piece from it. Support like this is really appreciated.

Our van was hit by an HGV and taken to them by agents working for the haulage company.The professional, efficient customer service we received from Hall Graves Lee was exemplary. Chris provided useful updates and support, which helped ease a very tense / stressful situation.Unfortunately our vehicle was deemed to be beyond economic repair by the haulage Co. insurers.
