It is difficult to review a service that is difficult to contact and is unresponsive . I have very generously given three stars . I think I need to review that decision .

Don't bother their not interested, I think the only way for us public to win here is by everybody getting their electricity rigged, it'll be ironic to hear them calling us greedy for a change

Greedy, profit driven organisation and tone deaf to the realities of the public. At a time when energy companies are announcing record breaking profits, forcing these increases on the public is outrageous. You’re pushing millions of us into fuel poverty. Shame on you.

Firstly, you do not deserve the star I have to give to leave a review. My household will be paying 7 times more towards energy than it was paying at the start of the year come October I am reading there will be further hikes in 2023. This is pure greed from the energy companies. They are lying to us. Ofgem should be stepping in to help the children, the grandparents, the low income earners, the ill survive this instead of helping the energy companies get richer. I don't know how the people at the top of your organisation can sleep at night.

One of this outfit's senior managers (Shona Fisher), having been called as a witness, informed a Scottish Sheriff court, on her oath to tell the truth, that British Gas pays towards the transportation of gas to a remote part of Scotland when in reality, it pays nothing.The one star is obligatory.
