I have brought a couple of things from these guys before, and it's always been the correct item, on time and undamaged. My last order was a couple of WE gas mags that they had to ship from Europe, and the service was immaculate, and it all arrived without hassle.The haribo that they give as a freebie is always a nice bonus too :)

Poor customer service and workmanship. 0/5Was supposed to send me a DMR, instead selector plate was mangled and was full auto only at over 1.5 joules which is a section 5 firearm. Staff were rude. Dave refuses all communication.Avoid like the plagueIn response to Dave's reply,How did you not affect the selector plate when request was for a DMR.Also you rewired rif because a MOSFET was fitted and the wiring went directly through the pinion gear and was being chewed up rather than being wired in the wiring channels provided within the gearbox casing?Let alone on the return visit you left all the screws out for the barrel assembly, investigating the charging handle not going back. (Charging handle goes through the barrel assembly before you say you didn't touch that either) and rif fell apart on first shot as seen below

Always a 10/10 experience when I go into the store with a million questions to ask and when I call in. Works done are always top tier and quality, Olli and Sam are great at what they do and are extremely knowledgeable. Can't wait for my RIFs to be done everytime I put them in. They get better and better.

The staff here are very attentive to customers and will always give you the best advice, unlike any other airsoft shop! 10/10 would come again. Peter was the only staff member I met but he was very friendly to me and my group that where shopping there.

I previously left a 3 star review due to the lack of info for a newly released rifle I purchased which they responded too. I've increased my rating to 5* after consideration with other further orders. I've been more than happy with their delivery and service they provide. I would only add as a recommendation that they should include some product videos and melee weapons. Dave's have a huge selection at good prices and would highly recommend.

Great little airsoft supplier, carries a very good stock as they ship internet orders from this warehouse so normally have all the essentials you need. They have a gun range there for testing out your potential purchases or to show issues with your guns. They also offer a really good repair service. My only criticism would be that you normally have to use a self serve computer to purchase things from the shop and then wait for the items to be picked. It would be better if they could spare the time to pick and serve your items with card payment instantly/ more customer facing. That being said, Fantastic shop and great guys to deal with.

I have had a number of orders completed by Dave’s custom airsoft ltd and received not only excellent service from them but would highly recommend them for advice over different products and what is best depending on your circumstances. They have also been friendly and helpful with dealing with my many questions because i wanted to get a custom gun that suited my needs and they delivered every time, the quality of the two tone is great too. They are highly recommended and respected by me.
