Friendly helpful staff great selection of shoes in lots of sizes! Good to note the large size on the box is the American size!

Unbelievably rubbish service! The attendant just wandered off to chat up another member of staff after she’d told us the shoes we were looking for had run out of our size. No attempt to help us find an alternative pair. Kind of funny really.

Bought four pairs of Skechers, got home and two didn't fit, yes I know, should have tried them on however I have always been the same size with Skechers as it's the only ones I buy. Took two pairs back to swap for a different size, told the cashier this, one of the girls went off to get smaller sizes, by this time the cashier had refunded without being asked (didn't need the card apparently) explained I didn't want a refund and only to swap, she then asked for more money as I wasn't entitled to the discount now. Very confused I told her I specifically asked for smaller size in the exact same shoe which is why they were now on the counter as the girl had gone to get them. She practically blamed me for taking two receipts back lol all sorted in the end but was in the shop for about half an hour while she tried to sort her mistake. We paid for the shoes again as she refunded but now waiting on the money going back into our account. Not the best experience I've had in Skechers. No right refunding without asking or even requiring our card to do this. Worrying knowing they can access your account without you knowing, hoping it wouldn't be so easy to make another transaction without your knowledge.

Fab shoes and lots of choice if you like Skechers. Like the layout of easy to browse aisles; shoe on display with an array of sizes boxed below.Bargain area is towards the rear and again easy to navigate. There's lots of staff on the floor, busy sorting stock and sufficient benching to sit to try, before you buy. Check with staff for offers on full price e.g. 30% off 2nd pair (lowest price) as it might alter your choices.

Huge store with lots of choice for everyone, adults and children. Some bargains to be had as well with old season's stock.

Great experience at the Fort Kinnaird store in Edinburgh. Jamie was super helpful, attentive and knowledgable and I found the perfect pair of wide fit running shoes which was perfect as I have plantar fascitius and needed something specific. There was even choice, great range and the shoes gel cushion are going to be a delight.

Love Skechers, really comfortable trainers, leisure shoes,plus formal shoes. Yes 5 stars from me
