Well Pharmacy

Since Thursday 8th December trying to ring them a total of 236 calls? Still no answer 2 weeks behind last month delivery of medication now going into 2 week now. Shocking service. Drove down to the pharmacy to ask why they wasn't answering the phone? No staff apparently? Asked why my prescription hadnt been delivered was then told I rang on the 21st nov 22 but did not ask for repeat prescription? Obviously I rang to see how there holiday went?Also told 2 full time delivery drivers had quit & 2 part time drivers so trouble doing deliverys?Something screams out bad management here.Took my custom elsewhere absolutely shocking way to run a business.

I'd give No star review if I could. Always a long queue outside the door and a wait of at least an hour just to be told prescription isn't ready, come back tomorrow. Spend another hour waiting to get to the counter. It's absolutely shocking.

Once again no meds been delivered and rang 43 times for once someone to pick up and put phone straight back down. It’s not fair when ur in need of ur meds and being left with nothing and no one to call to sort it out been for months now

Service has just tanked recently. No longer offer repeat prescriptions without notifying us prior to their new policy. No longer text us when our prescriptions are ready, no notice to them no longer offering this service. Service inside is often very slow and you feel like you’re an inconvenience to them. Would give zero stars if I could. Avoid this pharmacy, we’re moving our prescriptions elsewhere.

Absolutely appalling place been trying for over a week to order elderly mother’s prescription they won’t even answer the phone so called there today at 12.15 and yes closed mind you opening hours are 8.30-1pm 2pm-6pm. There were at least 4 people in the chemist who completely ignored myself and 3 other people stood outside then one woman in there decided to just put two fingers up to us all which we had to then decipher that it meant they were not going to open until 2pm didn’t even have the decency to come and open the door and speak to us. Whoever is in charge of this ignorant shop should have a word with them and teach them some customer service I’m sorry but this chemist is a shambles if you can’t deliver a decent service or have people who are at least half polite then shut the shop

Once again spent ages on the phone trying to get through (phone clearly off the hook or unplugged). Had to get into the car and drive over there to find out repeat prescriptions take 7 days! Explained I had been trying to get through on the phone with no success only to be told we don't do repeats over the phone any more". Another decision taken by them and not communicated to customers. I am taking my business elsewhere

Never have prescriptions ready when they say they will. Left an end of life cancer patients waiting for a week without any pain relief medication because they didn't have a delivery of the morphine they required and refused to give the prescription back to enable us to collect it from an alternative pharmacy because they had released parts of the medications listed on it. This has resulted in a hospital admission and unnecessary suffering to an alderly patient that does not have long left to live. Absolutely disgusting service.

Avoid at all costs. I am consistently left without medication, they never answer the phone and the young blonde woman is always rude and will not listen. I highly advise you to get your medication elsewhere.Today I have missed an hour of work, and a day of my medication due to their incompetence. The only reason I left with any medication today was because the receptionist at my doctor's surgery faxed them (couldn't get through by phone obviously!) To say that they definitely had my prescription as it was signed off by their driver.

Doesn't deserve 1 star. What an absolute joke. Staff clearly knew I was waiting. All staff bar one chatting amongst themselves. No acknowledgement at all. I left to go elsewhere as I was in a hurry to get back to work and then saw one member of staff bent down doing nothing behind the counter. Ignorant and rude. There are many bad reviews for this pharmacy. It's about time the manager or the company did something about it.

Every time you come here there is a queue of at least 9 people. They never have the prescription apparently. Always blame the doctors and vice Verda. You never receive the text to say it’s ready. Nobody acknowledges you when you come in, can stand there waiting for 5 minutes whilst the staff discuss what they are having for lunch. Clearly understaffed but nothing seems to be done about it.
