Brilliant service, friendly and reliable. So pleased we went with Spire with our sons limo

Very disappointed, going to the airport was great, he turned up on time , we did book the coach with tables but we didn't get it (wasn't the end of the world)We landed in Birmingham yesterday , he phoned when we landed to ask if it was that day we wanted picking up or the next day ? We said we had landed and he said he will set off, we had to wait on the airport floor for 1 hour and 45 minutes, my son was so fed up , my mum was uncomfortable as she suffered with her legs. We were all tired and frustrated . He said sorry , but that's all we got . He couldn't of got rid of us any quicker, he put our last case on the pavement and drove off very quickly, not a word to us . We were hoping we booked someone reliable but definatly not , very disappointed.

Mark was great. stepped in very last minute on the day to help our girls out as agreed limo company went out of business. The girls loved it as it was a very pleasant surprise they were not expecting. Thanks again highly recommend x

Wish I could give zero stars! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!We booked well in advance back in February of this year for our WEDDING 2nd July. The coach was for our wedding guests to travel from Sheffield to Devon, a fair journey. We had’nt heard from Spire since paying the deposit and confirming our booking and with our wedding ONE week away we decided to contact them.. only to get the response they had their license took off them and would not be taking our booking!!What would have happened if we hadn’t contacted them? All of our guests would have been left waiting to be collected only for no one to turn up?! I cannot believe we were not informed of ANYTHING with ONE WEEK to go!!!! We also found out from a friend in the industry that Spire had their license took off them back in FEBRUARY! So when we made our booking he took our deposit knowing he could not take the booking?! Who knows!!Absolutely horrific service, thank God we found out when we did although we have had to rush to find another coach company in such short notice we have had just enough time.

Excellent service. Me and 7 others travelled to the Lake District and back last weekend. Our driver, Richard, was prompt, friendly and accommodating. The mini bus was modern, comfortable and clean. We don't have any criticism! All in all, brilliant value for money.

We ordered a party bus for a return journey to Nottingham for a hen party. The large seater party bus picked us up and we had the option to change to the limo for the return journey. Both journeys were very fun but professional. Overall, this company offers excellent value for money and I would recommend them for others. Thank you spire limos.

Arranged a limo ( dates, times and cost all confirmed) for my daughters prom, tried for several weeks to get the info to send the deposit, no response then an email saying he wasn't letting cars out at the moment because he was waiting for his licence renewel only to see both his limos turn up at the prom with other children. Bad communication and a total let down. Luckily a better company came to our rescue last minute with a better deal and a better car.The 1 star review is based on the communication between you and someone you had arranged a car with knowing you didn't have your license, why say yes and arrange it if you didn't have your licence and why not reply to any messages, emails or phone calls?

Arranged the 4x4 stretch limo for my daughters prom, it was beautiful and looked so nice inside with mock tails and music for the girls. Arrived on time, very smooth process to book and pay and great advice for parents watching them arrive at the venue . This was a late booking as let down by another company and couldn’t do enough to help me, 100% recommendation and will definitely use again, thank you Soire Limis you were amazing
