Impressive space under a railway arch in South London, home to production equipment, oak barrels and fridges with Blackbook's c. 20,000-bottle-per-year production. Attending the informative wine tour and tasting is an excellent way to welcome the mid-afternoon.

I can't recommend Blackbook enough. We visited for a wine tour/tasting and had an excellent experience. Sergio's expertise, the exceptional wine selection, and the inviting ambiance make it an absolute gem in the world of urban wineries. Regardless of your wine knowledge level, a visit to Blackbook will leave you with unforgettable memories and a newfound appreciation for the art of winemaking.

We had a great visit at Blackbook Winery. Very good presentation and pleasant tasting of the wines. Very friendly staff and the right size of the group so it was easy to ask questions and discuss the wines. Recommends a visit to anyone interested in wine, especially if you have previously been to English wineries that only make sparkling wine.

A friend treated us to the tour at Blackbook Winery and it made for a really interesting hour. It's incredible what they produce in an arch underneath a railway track, but goes to show with passion and drive you can achieve anything anywhere. It was great to learn about UK wines and to taste the different varieties being produced. We especially loved the chardonnay and have enjoyed a bottle at home already - the other bottle we will save for a special occasion as it really is that good.

I did a wine tasting and tour with Blackbook Winery and was so impressed. I have never done one before and didn't really know what to expect but I absolutely loved it. Sergio was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about his wine and the way it is made and I found the whole thing fascinating. Also the wine was delicious! I will definitely be buying some and I look forward to going back to try this years vintage!

I booked as the reviews looked great online and bought this as a gift for my friend’s 30th Birthday. Very unpleasant experience. I would not advise visiting, it is the worst wine tasting and tour experience I have been to. We were stood in a freezing cold corrugated iron warehouse which was very mouldy. Not much to see, 4 wines to taste, hardly an enjoyable tour/tasting experience. A waste of money. Very unpleasant tasting wine, the first one tasted like cider, as it was an unfiltered sparkling wine but it smelt like apple cider vinegar, the venue was unsanitary, very unsatisfactory experience. I would advise you to save your money. If you’d like to venture out to a very good value wine tasting, I’d recommend others I’ve been to much cheaper that offer tours of their vineyards, show you how their wines are made, more wines to taste, in the Chiltern valley where you can taste wines in comfort with snacks such as crackers and cheeses which compliment the wines.
