I found my property on Rightmove,but it was managed by Let Direct.I enquired about the property and queried to view it. I was able to view online virtually but also in person. The staff were extremely helpful to arrange, and communication was consistent via email and phone. I dealt with Connor and mainly Julie via phone and spoke with Jasmine on email.Viewing was arranged with a time and clear instructions. I attended the property and then made contact the following work day to enquire of an application. Again, very straightforward process and paid a holding fee. I was advised by Julie on the step by step process, provided with all the correct information and kept upto date with delays (due to landlord being on holiday).I was told the news i had been accepted and from there confirmation of tenancy, remaining fee to pay etc.I collected the keys and moved into the property 13/2/23. Staff are just as friendly in person as on the phone/email.Thank you for everything, moving is stressful but you made the first part so not stressful.I had never heard of Let Direct before however, now i have been accustomed to their services i do highly recommend to anyone.Thanks again

The girls have been amazing looking after my two Buy to lets. Nothing seems to be a trouble for them. Amazing service helping find great tenants and then over seeing the property management. I would highly recommend this firm . Ps David the owner has also been great .

Let Direct's got some of the best staff, patient and warm when dealing with clients. Assisted with getting the apartment even though it was a bit stressful because of some the demands by the landlord. I remember Julie taking out time to respond to all questions.
