Fab service and we love our cleaner! Super professional and thorough.

We have used Maid2Clean for several years now. We are on our second cleaner with them and are very satisfied with the service they offer. The changeover from one cleaner to the other was organised well and would recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaner through an agency.

Maid2clean have always been quick to provide cleaners for me. I have mostly had good cleaners, and when I've let M2C know I'm not happy with who they provided for me, they find someone else and don't quibble about it.

Joined start of November, had 3 cleaners during that time and each one has been unreliable and cancelled/not turned up without warning. Cleans were average. When we've called agency they haven't been apologetic, haven't processed refunds as promised and now on leaving the service they have denied we've had missed cleans. Terrible service all round.

Maid2Clean provided us with an excellent and reliable cleaner who has now worked for us for over 2 years, we have come to know her very well and trust her to take care of our home. Whenever our usual cleaner is away Maid2Clean arrange for a replacement promptly. We will continue to use them for the foreseeble future.

Lady they sent round was pleasant, but nowhere near a professional clean. Lots of streak marks, sink still covered in water marks, plenty of dust still kicking about, etc - unfortunately not worth the money as might as well do it myself. Suggest avoiding this company as just a big contracting agency that sends cleaners from all over (our travelled over an hour to get to us!!) - next move is to get an experienced, local cleaner instead.

I Wanted mum's house cleaned before she came home from a long stay in hospital. I ducked out of work to let the cleaner in but after half an hour no one had turned up. I phoned to ask what was happening and the person I spoke to firstly tried blame me by telling me the arrangement hadn't been confirmed. When she realised it HAD been confirmed, she said she'd see if she could rustle someone up by ringing round. I told her I needed to get back to work as I'd already been there for over half an hour so if she couldn't get anyone in 5 mins I asked her to call back and I'd leave it. No call after 15 mins. I called them and spoke to someone else and had to explain the whole situation again. I also got told again that it hadn't been confirmed. When she realised it HAD been confirmed she said the other person I spoke to was still ringing round to find an alternative. When I expressed annoyance that she hadn't called me back as arranged she told me rather rudely that she couldn't call me back if she was trying to find a substitute cleaner. I couldn't wait any longer so asked for a refund of the deposit.A few days later someone called to ask whether I wanted the refund on the same card, I said I did. About a week later I called because the deposit hadn't been refunded and was told it can take a couple of weeks. After about 3 weeks I called to say I hadn't received it so was told they'd activate it straight away. I asked for a call back to confirm this had been done but didn't get one. After about 3 weeks I realised we still hadn't been refunded so had to phone again. Finally got a decent person who apologised profusely, said they'd activate a refund immediately and call me back to let me know. She did call back and the refund went back into the account that day.I would never use them again.

My cleaner Teresa is fantastic and i would be lost without her.

FIrst clean, the cleaner turned up 40 mins late, saying we gave her the wrong postcode.... not the case at all. She was meant to clean for 2 hours, gave up after 1hr 20 and demanded full 2 hour payment saying WE had given her the wrong postcode which was not the case!I called into the office and they said they would have a word with her! ERM NO! I dont think so. They should have said this behaviour was totally unacceptable and it would get sorted.The clean was OK, but nothing brilliant.I wouldn't recommend this company at all. Go to a cleaner directly or use a company that have employed staff as all this company do is arrange the cleaner and take a cut for the commission.

Incompetence of the highest order. I asked to have my flat cleaned and they refused me service - as I am moving out in a month. I tried explaining that I am not after a deep clean service, just a standard clean, but the robot on the phone line seemed not to understand and repeated, loudly WE CANNOT CLEAN HERE"."
