Poets Corner
Just one of our favourite places for food. Consistent good quality and tasty, great wine and not over priced. Staff very helpful and pleasant, modern surroundings with a good buzz.

First time visiting Poets Corner. We only popped in for a snack. We had lovely cheese and ham panninis and coffees. The lady who served us was very attentive, polite and has a lovely smile. Will certainly call in again.

Been 2 consecutive Saturdays with different friends. They loved it too. Great food, service slower the first time as extremely busy. But kept informed throughout. Lovely, obliging staff. Great atmosphere

Poets Corner
Really nice paninis and sandwiches for lunch. Also does a full English breakfast up to 11.30AM. Nicest food is in the evenings. To avoid disappointment, book in advance.

Superb!Make sure you call and book!!!It's a small place and best to call and reserve a table so as not disappointed. There is a few free parking spots on the road at the side which is handy. It was our first visit and we missed breakfast but they seated us and we had drinks before the lunch menu started. The food was delicious, I had the Lancashire crumbly cheese and pickle sandwich. It came with coleslaw and salad.Everyone else really enjoyed the food. It was good quality and I liked that the side salad wasn't just lettuce. It had peppers , onion, tomato. The toilet facilities were very clean and nicely decorated. I liked that they had Molton Brown soap and moisturiser.

Absolutely gorgeous food, piping hot and served beautifully. The premises are delightful, immaculately clean with extremely welcoming staff. I'd highly recommend Poets Corner for a visit at any time of the day for a warm welcome and delicious wares.
