Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Enfield

The photos are bad, I wish I could explain the smell. Nothing to say, insurance are paying for it, but it doesn't mean you give me this crappie.

One of the most reliable car/ van rentals in the UK.I used to hire cars for motorway travel and vans for moving my belongings from one place to another.Great customer service so far.

I was given a courtesy car by Enterprise after my car was damaged. This was arranged via the insurance.The process was very simple and easy. The staff, especially Michael and Yhan were very friendly, courteous and professional when delivering the car and picking it up. The ins and outs were all explained without missing anything or providing confusion.I was given a car that met all my requirements for the family and work life.Thank you for your help and highly recommend using these guys in the future.

First of all I’d like to thank Nnamdi for his customer service. He has been really friendly and helpful with everything alongside all the other members of the team.I had got given a courtesy car while my car was in repair and it was handed to me really clean!Pick up and drop offs are really quick also, I would definitely recommend to everyone.Thank you once again :)

Ok service. Promised one van online. But it was not available when we got there. I did not check the tyres the front tyres were illegal.

I would like to share my experience with Enfield branch of enterprise on Jute Lane, AVOID AT ALL COSTI hired a van from these people and was shocked to see the van I was getting it looked so old. I hired it for 3 days as I needed it, and at all times I was very careful of not damaging it.I returned the van on the 13th February of this year with no damage to the van, the only I thing that happened on my watch was the tyre blew out and it was fitted with a new tired and I told them this.Two months later I get an email that I damaged the van I was livid, this now has got to a point that I am frustrated with this company trying to extort money from me for something I did not do. My only issue I took responsibility for was for the tyre but then they started adding I broke the tail lights, windscreen, something about a fender and they were charging me one thousand plus they tried taking money today . I am still going to take it further because they cannot get away with this.STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH IN ENFIELD

Amazing service, especially from Luis who went the extra mile in order to sort me out the van. Everyone was very helpful from the front desk up to the car cleaners, very speedy process on picking up and dropping the van. Would definitely rent again from this branch.
