Went in to purchase 2 bikes for Christmas presents, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Measured the children to make sure that they were getting the right sized bikes for them and ordered bikes to the store that we had found online and price matched online sales prices. Would definitely recommend if your looking to purchase a bike

Great range of stock and epic service from Kieron today.He was super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the products.The most helpful service we've received, can't thank him enough for helping us out in trying on what felt like 3 million pairs of road bike shoes, thanks for your patience and help! :)

Great service by all the boys here at Evans, they've always helped me out when it's needed most. Will be such a shame to see this place go as there is no other local bike shops even close.

Had two bikes to get serviced for a charity event at short notice. Kieran and the staff there managed to slot me in and sort both in only a few hours. Great customer service and they chose the best value package to get everything done at the most efficient price. One of the bikes was in a bad state and came out riding like new. Highly recommended.

Absolutely top class customer service, went in twice looking at E-bikes and staff were helpful and knowledgeable.Please don’t move Evans out of Cwmbran. We have 4 bikes to service and will use them to do so.

Great service. I went in to the Cwmbran store to get brake pads and some crank bolts for my bike and Tall Paul was there to help me out. Absolutely great guy. Very helpful and found me the parts I needed. I heard this store is closing and could not believe it. If this closes it would be a great shame to put these guys out of work and a great loss to our town as Halfords does not stock the parts we need. Keep this store open.

I brought in a bike to the service department and they were able to do the work the same day for a great price. All the staff are really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. A great experience and I will most definitely be be using them again.

Recently revisited Evans Cwmbran to look at an additional bike purchase and as always great service from Kieran, Richard, Joel, Paul and Calum. However, it’s disappointing to find out that the store is now closing down at the end of next month. The store is widely used by myself and friends, and to not have a major bike specialist in the town, will be a big miss - I hope the Fraser group are considering an alternative location in the area as we have always received excellent service from Evans Bikes and have found them to offer a good range of bike brands. At time of writing this review, they have 20% off all items in store.

Brought my bikes a few times now, the guys have always been excellent. Managed to fix every issue and quickly. Used to drive to Cardiff for fixes, now can go local. Such a godsend having it in Cwmbran.
