We needed an emergency call out desperately as we had no power in our home with a young baby. This was at about 6.30pm after being let down by 3 different ‘emergency’ electrician services, we managed to get into contact with Simon. He was so kind, and after trying to talk us through the problem he agreed to come to our home and help us, this was at 10.30pm on a Friday night. He found the problem within minutes, sorted it out, ran tests and took the time to chat with us. He was so knowledgable about the area and we just felt so safe with the work he did. We absolutely could not recommend him highly enough and would give 6 stars if we could. Incredibly grateful for the kindness he showed us.
