Amazing polite service. Got bright red printing ink all over my favourite light grey wool coat. Took it there asap and they treated it straightaway. Now looks like new! Can't thank them enough.

1 star is too much. Would never use again, had my wedding dress sent in which took over a month to come back to me. It came back in a worst state then it was sent in. Rips in the material where the dress wasn’t even dirty. My dress cost me £2000 and £120 for them to clean as a specialist service! Wether my dress was thousands or pounds, it’s my wedding dress and nothing will compare. They have ruined my experience and my dress. The face of the business Lauri is rude and completely unprofessional. In fact wanted to argue with me about my dress. I had to ask for an apology which was reluctant. Please read the reviews before using this service as I don’t want anyone to ever go through the arrogance and unprofessionalism of this companySecond day when we requested to my property back we were told we could not have the dress and they have sent it to a seamstress which on 2 occasions had told them we didn’t want anyone to touch and we are within our right. Advised me he didn’t care who got involved and was again rude. Customer attitude as on many other reviews on here and their Barnstaple branch is something they need training on. Will update the review page as the proceedings continue but we will not let this go

To those of you lucky enough to be reading this before visiting …beware !

I gave them a jumper for a repair at the beginning of the week I used this company previously and was happy with the result I was told my item would be ready on Friday I called on the off chance that it might be ready earlier but soon as the call was answered the seamstress was stressed and was rude and Started shouting at me that she was very busy I explained I didn't live in Barnstaple and needed the jumper back all I was told was end of the day but with that attitude I decided to take the item back would never use them again with that attitude a course in how to speak to customers is needed!

Had my wedding dress cleaned and repaired, it looks BRAND NEW! So, so pleased! Thank you!

My down jacket was cleaned after getting it cacked in mud and it now looks like a new jacket.Cleaned and reproofed for a very reasonable price.Excellent service.

this dry-cleaner really knows , ive found the quality cleaning and finish , second to none, all done on the premises. great helpful service by the owner. even did a service wash for me after my washing machine failed! and the bonus i can park right outside.
