Staff are continuously on their own phones really can’t be bothered to help the female that tried to help my friend was really not knowledgeable at all. Was unable to transfer any of my friends content claiming that it hadn’t been backed up when it had. The girl Sighing with a real could not be bothered attitude when we return later to complain the male members of staff are just sat on their phone and also couldn’t be bothered
