Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Sandra Howitt who has been a delight to speak to over email and in person, she's kept me well informed in relation to stock and deliveries and when I went in person today she was super helpful, knew exactly what I needed and just generally a pleasure to speak to. Lovely shop. I was in town to visit the Austen sites, and I wanted to treat myself to something nice. The man in the shop was pleasant and helpful, and the stock all high quality. I’m very glad that I stopped in and now have a gorgeous new purse. I got a very practical Barbour hat while I was at it.

Fantastic service. I come here for all my luggage and suitcase needs - the staff are really friendly and have a fantastic collection of suitcases, all shapes and sizes and at a great price too.
