Bought a £525 pc , the actual value of it is literally like £200 or lower . I Went back to the store to ask for ways to increase FPS in games and just the general computer as it ran like a plant pot. They gave me no advice and took the PC for “repair” which was them literally just replacing a case fan which cost them maybe £10 and they charged me £110. In short they are the worst PC place on the planet

Highly recommend, went in with a gaming laptop that had a few issues and it was all sorted and fixed in just under 4 hours, brilliant service, very happy, I would not hesitate to return in the future with any other issues.

We inherited my mother-in-laws desktop recently after she passed away, with a lot of sentimentally priceless photos, family tree research etc on it, and no password saved for it anywhere. While I'm technically capable of getting the files off it, reformatting the HDD and reinstalling Windows to get it back on the road, it'd be a time-consuming and error-prone process for me, and I didn't really have the time. Took it here, and within an hour and a half, it was done, now with an SSD so it goes much faster and a full version of Office as well into the bargain. One very pleased wife later, I cannot praise these guys enough, and when I've got the cash to get a decent new Gaming PC, I know where I'm going...

Dropped in thinking my laptop was finally dead. The guys knew exactly what was wrong and within 2 hours it was up and, running as good as new, with an upgrade. Very friendly and helpful staff and very reasonable price!

Took my Lenovo laptop to be fixed it had a broken screen it was fixed with in 48 hours it came back looking brand new. The staff were really professional I would 100% recommended this shop to anyone!

I have Got a msi laptop that just stoped working even after reformating .Messaged on a Friday with my problem and took it in Saturday morning . All fixed same day and upgraded for great price . I would definitely recommend and I will definitely take my laptop back in the future. Thanks again

I sold components to Computer solutions online. The store opened a claim against me claiming they didn't receive the products shortly after delivery. And then proceeded to not respond to any communications. I had to make an appeal with platform provider to get my just due funds which was granted. The courier had confirmed the delivery was made and so did the provider.
