I came in knowing my bike would require alot of work the staff was knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done even before telling them the issues which I had. Part was ordered but ended up being the wrong part and was refunded as soon as (I wanted the original part) the rest of the work was completed to a very high standard other parts arrived the next day and bike was finished the same day as they arrived can not be more more happy with my experience and with the standard at which work was completed staff are straight to the point and backing up their reasoning behind would highly recommend

Went in and brought an inner tube, realised it was the wrong one when I got home and they were more then happy to exchange the inner tube whilst recommending which valve is best, very helpful staff

Stay away. My mother in law went to collect a bike this morning. She was rudely spoken to and called a liar after the store person had lied to us. I do not recommend this store. Poor customer service.

When in today to have my freewheel taken off my hopr hub. Very nice chap better thN the old man with the beard. I think his name is dale brillant lad took the free wheel off and didnt charge me and allso a nice lad

Time wasters. Left my bike with them and waited the agreed time. Came back and wasn’t fixed. Said they couldn’t change the gear cable as it’s suddenly a specialist job.They could’ve at least called when they did realise they couldn't fix it rather than wasting my day. They inspected the bike (twice!) before I booked it in so I’m putting this down to incompetence.This isn’t a business that cares about the customer (or making money apparently)

Was very sceptical after reading reviews but was only local place open on BH Sunday. Service was great, good non pushy advice on tube/tyres/tyre protectors and got a repair kit free. Assistant explained the company removed the old manager a while back due to his behaviour/attitude which explains the historical poor reviews. I’ve been riding and repairing bikes for 40+ years and would have no qualms recommending.
