Wilcocks Farm Caravan Site

Beautiful, peaceful cosy campsite on a working farm with immaculate showers/toilets. Access is tricky if you follow your satnav due to width of roads but owners provided an alternative recommended route which encompassed the wonderful Winter Hill.... A very quiet and comfortable site, perfect for walkers and those wanting the more peaceful camping experience. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

We love this site, it's in a beautiful location with large pitches for your van. The facilities are very good and the hosts run the site very efficiently. The thing we like the best is the walks that start just outside the gate and let you wander for miles and miles on well maintained paths and bridleways. Be aware that this is a working farm and stables, you will hear and smell animals at times, but no worse than any similar site. When traveling to the site try to avoid Sheep Hill Lane out of Rivington village, it is very narrow with no passing places.

We are just home from a wonderful stay at Wilcocks. Beautiful views to wake up to with friendly staff and lovely clean facilities. So many lovely walks close by, we will definitely return! Thank you

We stayed at Wilcocks farm camping site, Rivington in October. It was immaculate with facilities exceptionally clean and the laundry room was a real bonus. The owners were so helpful and understanding throughout our stay. Stopped here last weekend. WHAT A LOCATION!Just outside Rivington village within walking distance to pubs, a brewery, and several cafes. The site is immaculate and very clean. It is set next to a working farm but we enjoyed this with lots going on. The views from the fence side are brilliant especially with the weather we had last weekend.Grace was a lovely host and was very helpful in suggesting places to walk and eat.We have booked in for the end of the summer and can not wait to return

Lovely site, tucked away near Rivington. Stunning view all round, spotless facilities and super quiet. Grace and her family that own the site are just the nicest people. Great location if you like walking or even if you just like relaxing. Good sized pitches, hard standing and grass, will definitely be back.
