I am very pleased with my recent order from Suffolk Timber Supplies.The staff were communicative, polite and efficient throughout, both via phone and email.The delivery was arranged for a time convenient to me and at a very reasonable price.The wood itself is of high quality and planed smooth.I'll certainly be using them again for my timber needs in future.

Needed a variety of timber for two small projects. Went to the office and was sorted out very quickly and helpfully. Routed 2m oak posts were perfect! Delivery all good.

Nice to deal with, quick delivery and reasonable prices for the 40ish meters of fence posts I needed.Delivery driver was very nice and helped me through to the back garden with it all.Made a nice gazebo type thing of it all!

Really great people from picking up the phone to seeing the driver out. I never leave reviews but a few hours after STS delivered, a local aggregate company delivered and the experiences couldn’t be further apart. Will use again.

Just found Suffolk Timber Supplies online and tried them out. As a hobbyist woodworker I have only used the big DIY stores to source my timber for various projects. This has been mostly soft wood of various degrees quality!A visit to STS left me feeling like a child in a sweet shop. I was shown around by extremely helpful and friendly staff and was open mouthed by the sheer amount of different woods, both soft and hard, on offer, and now available to me to use.I placed an order which was delivered on time. Again, the delivery driver was helpful and friendly. The timber (which I had asked to be planed) was of good quality square and straight, saving me a lot of time.I will most certainly be using STS again and would recommend it to any hobbyist's out there. I wish I had found this years ago!!

Good quality timber , and good price by far !!Nearly all of it were straight and true (out of near 150 lengths I only put half a dozen aside to use as seconds )Definitely use them again
