Incredible service, can't recommend Aleks enough. Everything went really fast and the whole process was smooth and just perfect. I received a very detailed report, beautifully organised, and with clear and concise list of what should my legal adviser have a look at. I also received property maintenance tips. The report was also delivered to me by post, even though I didn't even require that. Everything was perfect, thank you, Aleks.

Professional service, Impartial, highly detailed in his report and very responsive. Aleksander is very passionnate and knowledgeable in all area of the house and gave us excellent advice. I cannot recommend him enough for his outstanding service. It was a really reassuring experience for us, as first time buyers.

Kirkham is incompetent and arrogant . He performed a survey on my building when I was in the process of selling it and categorically stated that it had subsidence . This was proved completely incorrect by a subsequent structural engineers report that concluded It was in fact thermal movement .Why he stated subsidence as a fact , when he clearly had no idea is beyond me , but it caused me additional expense and a large amount of stress as the sale of my property nearly fell through, because of this .When I tried to discuss this matter with him he refused to communicate with me , but just continually stated he had no ‘duty of care to me’. Which may be true but I was hoping maybe he might have an ounce of integrity or humility and acknowledge he had caused me huge distress with his incompetence.I notice from other reviews he makes a habit of these mistakes and his responses demonstrate his arrogance clearly .He is unable to stand by his dubious conclusions. I had no choice but to be caught up with him , but I would avoid if I were looking for a surveyor,I note with his reply below he has shown himself once again to be a liar . I am indeed ‘disgruntled’ as he stated something on the survey as a fact which was later disproved . Contrary to what he says , his client actually did end up buying my property , once the issue of the inaccurate survey was resolved .I’ve written this review as a warning to you all. Anyone actually thinking about using Kirkham’s services needs to strongly think again as telling lies is clearly second nature to him so why trust him with probably the biggest purchase you’ll ever make ?

Outstanding service. Very prompt, thorough and professional. The report we received was excellent and Aleks was very generous with his time, ensuring he answered all of our questions. Aleks proved invaluable both in helping us assess the house we eventually bought as well as helping us best address the issues identified from his survey.

Would not recommend. Aleks carried out a building survey on a flat I was purchasing but failed to spot a progressive leak coming from the flat above. Aleks denies that the leak was there when he carried out the survey and is not taking any responsibility. Sadly, the leak was there all along and it resulted in the bathroom ceiling becoming unstable. Don't waste your money

Alek's survey exceeded our expectations! It was thorough and prevented the purchase of a property that would have cost us hundreds of thousands to bring to a decent place. I could not recommend this firm more!

Would 100% recommend Aleks to anyone and will be coming back if looking to buy again in the future. He has completed 2 surveys for us and has been a key part of our buying process. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Always willing to give advice/ support and answer any other general questions I had too. Being a first time buyer this was invaluable. Aleks is absolutely amazing and helped greatly in my purchase process. His report is highly professional, detailed and impeccably done; he generously went through many issues in the property and helped me understand the situations; he assisted in some planning related matter and managed to help me bargain down the price. Aleks was a massive massive help, from initially chasing me to get the report off him to going through the report and highlighting the bits that would be of interest to me. The report also highlighted the bits my solicitor should be actioning which I thought was a very good idea. His advice was excellent and really helped me in some of the decisions I have come to. I would recommend him wholeheartedly and will 100% use the next time I buy a house!!!
