Driver was very supportive on both our outgoing and our incoming trips.He help us lift the mountain of luggage into and out of the vehicle and ensured that we dint forget anything in the vehicle.What I also liked is that the driver was not intrusive on our conversation or about where we were going and what we we doing. It came up naturally and it did not feel forced that we had to converse.Finally, I really liked that the company checked in with us to make sure that our flights where still scheduled or delayed so that they could make adjustments for us.All in all, the service was great.

I have never had to use a transfer service before until last year and after ringing around speedy airport transfers was very competitive. We have used them 5 times now for airport transfers (Birmingham/Heathrow). So far the service has been 10/10, never late, professional, regular updates nearer the time of travel and extremely polite/courteous when travelling. I have no need to shop around for any transfers now on as I know I am in safe hands with a professional who will get me to where I want to go at a competitive rate.
