Visited bank this 10 am , a lovely assistant Helped me pay cash into machine she was very patient explained using machine step by step and I explained bit unsteady due to illness medication and she stayed with me to make sure I was ok many thanks

I checked my savings account and had a payment that I was not sure about and one of the advisers helped me out one of the payments was a fraud so they helped get me a new card ordered so I'm very happy with the service I got today 10/10

I can't believe that I tried to withdraw money from a ATM but nothing was dispenserd and Halifax decided not to allow me a temporary refund whilst they look into what happens and I made it so clear it was money for my daughters 10th birthday. They couldn't give me a reason and I was on the phone most ofthe days apart from when I went into my local branch. Why punish me when it's not my fault and my daughter has her birthday ruined.
