McLaren Leeds

Somewhat late in posting, but purchased a 720 from Leeds. Great car and zero regrets! Richard ensured that the purchase was straightforward, great communication and above all, fun. Now had first service, and as important, after sales is faultless. Overall a great dealership.

Came on saturday morning, admittedly , bit of a tourist trip with my 4yr old obsessed godson.Couldnt have been more accomodating and friendly. Really nice guys.Thanks for making a little boys dream come true

Waiting for a delivery from Douglas Park BMW, admit not a McLaren delivery but very very poor interaction from staff. No seat offered or drinks offered just so wrong!!!

Purchased many cars from different dealerships over the years and I have to say the experience here at McLaren Leeds has been by far the best, most professional, honest and dedicated to service! Richard Coldwell was amazing and most of the deal was completed whilst I was on holiday on my sunbed! whole heartedly recommend the team at McLaren Leeds. :-)

Very nice staff (went on a Sunday morning so there was only one member inside) and some top cars to look at (I wish I could have seen the McLaren 688 MSO hs from the other side of the barrier)

Without doubt the unfriendliest dealership I have ever visited. I was passing by earlier today and thought I would call by and check out the current stock as I am looking at changing my vehicle early next year. Unlike other local dealers (Ferrari, Porsche, Aston Martin etc), there is no used stock outside the main showroom to view, so I walked up to the front door, only to find the automatic doors locked despite this being late morning and the dealership open with at least 3 staff members inside. One salesman was sat at his desk and could clearly see me at the door, looking confused as to why the doors were locked. Despite looking at me three or four times, he made absolutely no effort to come over and ask if I he could help, nor did any of his colleagues. They didn't budge even when a Royal Mail postman arrived and tried to deliver their mail. After 5 or so minutes I decided enough was enough and left, and I can honestly say I will never return. I have heard negative rumours about McLaren Leeds at places such as The Motorist, Caffeine and Machine etc but I always brushed them off as idol chat, but having experienced it first hand, I now understand it completely. So, it looks like I will be heading back to Ferrari Leeds, where the staff are always helpful, attentive and welcoming. Very poor McLaren Leeds, I hope you don't treat all potential customers like this.

I'm so pleased my 600LT was purchased at Leeds McLaren as it meant I was able to meet the great guys there (Richard, all the Tom's!) and I had a great 190 mile journey back home getting to know my new pride and joy.Thanks Richard for all the super fast responses throughout and taking care of all the little details which made the whole buying process fantastic.I took the car straight to Auto Curators who applied a self healing film to all of the orange panels and a ceramic coating was applied to the rest - it looks INCREDIBLE!
