Fiona is the best physio!! When an old hamstring tear flared up during pre season training she was quick to see me in clinic and devised a personalised approach for my recovery. The individualisation of my treatment meant that 6 weeks later I was back playing 80minute games and haven't had an issue with it since. If you want a physio who's actually going to listen to you and devise a treatment plan that's specific to you and not some generic rubbish then Fiona's your girl!
