Previous review seems very inaccurate too me ,i find the company too be extremely professional Steve and his wife seem very honourable .We are in discussions for putting in a 14ft gate and building a base for my american RV ,he has given me great advice and i have already paid a 3.5k deposit so when work is done i will give a final review however as of July 16 i am very confident that work will be done on time professionally and with care and attention

Phoned three times for a quote on having some work done and no one bothered to come out . What a way to carry on !!

Called the team regarding a bespoke gate which was going to cover a span of 7 metres in length, team were very helpful, friendly and provided the best quote for the work. At time of ordering I paid a 50% deposit, and in return received all of the plans for the ground works which needed to be completed (in hind site I wish I'd have had Steve and the team to do this work, but that's a different problem!).The ground works were all completed, with half of the span looking perfect, and half not looking quite so perfect. When the team came out to install, they agreed the groundwork wasn't as precise as they would have liked, but rectified the problem, at no additional cost. They worked really hard and longer than planned to make sure everything was perfect, I am now the extremely happy owner of a perfect gate.During the process my timeline slipped, due to delays with the ground works, Steve was really accommodating about problems caused at this end, and although he couldn't always answer the phone straight away, always got back to me with a time he would call back ( my day job means I do not have access to a phone at work ). Altogether, so impressed with every aspect of design, build, service and installation. Thanks guys!

horrid customer service, I can share emails to partain their horrid customer service. They even replied rudely...not people one should do business with at all

Lovely family business every one was pleasant and easy to deal with. Gates were just what we ordered and look great. I would highly recommend them.

purchased 2 gates last year and had problems from the start. timber wasn't protected properly , powder coating and welding terrible, gates were bent! one year on after excuse after excuse ,steve mcintosh now tells me his company is no longer operating and they have changed there name so will not be fixing the problem. what a suprise!!AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
