Since covid hit I found that barely anywhere offered face to face antenatal classes so I was excited to find this class. Charlottes yoga classes are both relaxing as well as informative and are a great way to meet other mums to be. I would highly recommend

I couldn’t recommend this pregnancy yoga course more. It’s much more than yoga, it’s informative, supportive and a super atmosphere to be in especially during those precious months when our bodies are doing an amazing thing, growing a baby! (Or in my case two!). Charlotte is so friendly and supportive and definitely knows her stuff. I feel every pregnant women needs this course. No doubt it helped me through labour and definitely taught me all about it which I had no clue about before even though I thought I did! I also have made amazing friends. It’s such a great place to meet other pregnant women and can share experiences, thoughts and doubts. Thank you Charlotte!

Charlotte’s yoga and birth education course was so helpful. You learn a lot about the different types of birth and come away with a lot of information. I enjoyed meeting other pregnant mums and it being a small group to connect with. Definitely recommend!

Charlotte is fantastic. No question is too small or silly. Her classes give that precious 1 on 1 time before baby arrives. Highly recommended. ❤
