Sonia was amazing; she went above and beyond to create a wonderful balloon arrangement for a 60th birthday. Not being local to Felixstowe but, visiting to attend the 60th celebrations, Sonia made sure the balloon arrangement was delivered to the right location (even though the venue changed last minute!) Sonia even provided additional decorations including banners and confetti. Thank you so much Sonia, your creations are wonderful!

Amazing shop, everything you could need from gifts to cards, decorations and balloons. There is a fantastic range for all ages, tastes and occassions, and all at more than reasonable prices. I always use Sonia for all of our occasions, as she is beyond helpful and always goes above and beyond to create personalised and bespoke items. If you don't know exactly what you are looking for, Sonia is more than happy to work with you, to really create the perfect product. We recently used her to decorate our wedding, the range of decorations she had available and was able to create was second to none, she really made the occasion special and nothing was too much trouble.

Sonia is always really helpful and will go out of her way to help. Stock is fantastic, and she really does have everything you need for the perfect celebration!!! Highly recommended

Used Amore a few times now.Had a special grave plaque made for my mum.so perfect and looked amazing .Also purchased a lot of jubilee items for a party I held at more than reasonable prices.The staff are friendly and eager to help.The owner goes above and beyond to help with anything a customer requires.all in all a very well run shop .

Sonia has always gone above and beyond for anything I've needed, whether it was for my wedding or kids birthdays ect. Would 100% recommend!

I have been getting balloons from Sonia ever since she started. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Always the best service with her, and prices!!!! The shop has the most beautiful gifts too!! Highly recommend

They do a wide range of beautiful gifts at great value but staff are not friendly or helpful. Yes that’s amore is obviously amazing at what Sonia does with balloons and sells a huge selection of gifts and party decorations but would not recommend or go back based on how unhelpful she was.We had a gift that we wanted to exchange.Photo attached of what we bought and photo attached of the display of what is currently still sold. We wanted to exchange from this display.The first time we went into the shop, when we first received the gift. Sonia told us we had to come back because she had a meeting and she had to leave as it was close to closing time.The second time we went to the shop, the balloons we bought accidentally (by us) got deflated and we wondered whether she would pump it up again, but no. Not helium due to the cost.The third time we went in to the Walton high road shop we were told by a staff member to go to the Crescent road store where they now sell the gifts for exchanges.On the fourth occasion,Sonia told us we could not exchange the heart because we have had it over 1 year and she doesn’t sell the “daughter” ones anymore. She repeated I do not sell this line anymore. But when we looked round there was this display in the shop selling various heart plaques including “mother, dad, grandad, auntie etc”. All we wanted was a different one.To me that does not sound like an owner who is friendly and eager to please customers.We understand other people have had 5 star ⭐️ experiences but from our own service on more than one occasion we would not recommend.

Sonia is amazing at what she does with balloons and she has a massive selection to choose from.The shop is full to bursting with everything you could possibly want for your party plus a huge selection of gifts.I would highly recommend Thats Amorè for all your party needs.
