Brandon could not have been more helpful during our tile search today. After a very long search for replacement tiles he has managed to help us find the perfect feature and wall tiles for our bathroom. Thanks Brandon

Popped in for a couple of tubes of silicon trying to closely match some units. Was able to get quite a close match. Hugely expensive though but product was in stock behind the counter. Asked if I could return unused/ unopened product, initially answer was no.? Was advised it’s because it goes out of date. Ah says I, I meant within a couple of days not weeks or months. Yes in that case it may be ok but subject to 20% restocking charge. 20% for replacing on a shelf? Way to go guys customer service is exceptional.

First and foremost, Ally made us feel at ease with social distancing measures that are in place whilst offering a high level of customer service. Listened to exactly what we were looking for and was able to provide various options which all tied into what we wanted.

Really impressive range of tiles. Brandon was excellent in recommending options. Didn’t feel pounced upon at the door but was given time to think and ask questions with no pressure. Would definitely return if I needed tiles in the future.

Brandon helped me pick kitchen tiles and helped with measuring easily. I was really grateful that he was so interested, offered an opinion which I understand wasnt advice on what to do, he seemed really interested in helping me choose what was right. He was knowledgeable and he was able to expertly point out pros and cons. When I went back to the shop he recognised me and it felt like his service was welcoming and skilled.

We popped in today to get tiles for our kitchen walls. We had a rough idea what we wanted but changed our mind after walking around the showroom. We asked Ally about flooring and we gave him an idea of what we wanted. He gave us suggestions and we went ahead and ordered the flooring. Ally was extremely helpful and knew what he was talking about. Thanks Ally!

Ally & Reece were amazimg today helping me with my tiles for my photo studio for my business. Super friendly and gave me some great ideas on how i could attach them the way i need. of your looking for high quality tiles at amazing prices with the best custoner service then tile giant is a must thanks guys

I have recently purchased a large number of tiles from the Livingston branch.My wife and I are absolutely delighted with the service we received from the onset of entering the store. In particular, we would like to commend Reece’s professionalism in the excellent and completely unobtrusive manner in which he approached us to offer his help. We arrived at the store just 10 minutes before it was closing but Reece was happy to allow us to browse for a time to choose the tiles we required to fully tile our new wet-room. Even on having to close the shop, he came to tell us there was no rush and he was happy to stay to complete our order. An extremely kind, helpful and professional young man whom we believe is an absolute asset to your company!!we were informed promptly when our order was in store and, as we were on holiday at the time, Reece informed us that the order would be kept in store until we retuned, giving us peace of mind.I have today visited the store again to arrange delivery of my tiles and once again was met by Reece, in cheery, friendly manner, and his colleague, Ben, both eager to sort a delivery date which suited us.They then informed us that because the order was a ‘large’ one, they would deliver free of change as we only live 5 minutes drive from the store.This was beyond the call of duty and very much appreciated!!I will be redesigning my ensuite before the end of the year, and will be reflooring my kitchen within the year; I will most definitely be returning to Tile Giant in Livingston to resource my tiling needs. Well done to both Reece and Ben, you’re a real couple of stars!!!

Just popped in thinking I could get the same tiles as I had previously but they had been discontinued. Ally was very helpful suggesting where I could go to get them. Decided to buy completely new tiles and Reece was very patient with my indecisiveness between colours. Couldn't fault Ally and Reece customer service they were both outstanding . Very happy customer.

Picked and ordered tiles for two bathrooms today. Really happy with the advice and service from Reece. So many choices and styles of tiles and Reece answered all the questions we had and helped make the process so much easier!
