Just think place is disgusting. I’m with my 13 year old niece as she is all about make up, she’s taking her time debating on what she’d like. While staff members are moving themselves to watch us down the aisles as if we are criminals. What do you have to look like these days to not be classified as your stealing? Disgusting shop disgusting staff

Very disappointed with the customer service. Was unable to replace a nail varnish that was totally crushed at top when opened. Unfortunately, I did not keep my receipt as I never thought there would be an issue with a nail varnish. Very blunt service and will not be back in the near future. Pity as products and choice are normally great.

Rude staff , too busy showing each other TikTok’s. Very rude to my daughter she even heard him moan to another customer. Will NEVER shop in here again !!!

I could not find what i was looking for but a lovely girl came and helped me out. Im so sorry i did not get her name she was short with long brown hair. She was very engaging and seemed very happy in her job. Well done and thank you

Staff were extremely rude and argumentative, one small blond girl, possibly a manager, was especially rude to the eyebrow technician in front of customers, who was actually very nice and did a really good job. The rest of the staff were not very helpful and it was quite obvious they are unaware of customer care.

Very rude staff member today at the checkout, didn't even say hello. Also there was an offer on E.l.f products, spend £10 and get a free glitter melt eyeshadow. I spent over £10 on the E.l.f. products while I was there and when I asked the girl at the checkout about the the free product she said that the free one was the mascara that I had just paid £5 for!!??? I checked this on the superdrug website and the girl at the checkout was wrong. Very disappointing customer service.

The woman who served me on monday morning was very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable whilst being served as i felt she looked down on me, i accidentally picked up a tester and brought it to the counter without realising and then seen her try scratch something off but thought nothing of it, when i got home i had realised i had brought her the tester as it says tester on the part where you would scan it and it looked like someone had tried to scratch it off (obviously what she was rubbing of in the shop). Im really disappointed with the service I experienced and wont be back to this location.

Forestside shop. Took back a faulty tub of wax. They refused to give a refund or exchange as they can't be held responsible for stuff left their shop! I doubt they check every items to make sure they're not damaged.So superdrug expect customers to check their items for damage before leaving the shop. I'm sure they wouldn't be too pleased if every item and packaging are opened in the shop. Not happy!!
