They have taken away all of the vegan signs they had up. Apparently we only care at Christmas.... the staff are often sulky and moody but the shop itself is easy to navigate (as long as your not vegan or believe in non animal testing)

Today, customer service was horrendous.three girls on the till all giggling to themselves. Dolled up with no respect what so ever .Ive never experienced this before and this has really put me off of the shop that I once loved.

A Nice fairly spacious store selling a great range of goods including cosmetics, vitamins & medication, dietary needs, haircare, face & body creams, cleaning products, limited confectionary, drinks & sandwiches, plus so much more!The queue gets long at times & the staff are not very smiley, but I think you get that everywhere these days.

There eyebrow girl totally messed up my eyes, there not even and she couldn’t understand what I was trying to say, I left crying and went home to try to remove but she’d messed up the level so now nit even , I’m just crying

Furious. Worst shopping experience. Followed round store by staff like I was going to steal something - I am a young professional and was dressed smartly and had a basket and shopping list. Was embarrassed by a certain member of staff in front of other shoppers. Never using this store again. Customer service did nothing to reassure me that staff will be dealt with.

Staff are always helpful when I shop here.This is often as I live 5 mins away.I come to Superdrug Chichester regularly for a Pedicure and Francis is always efficient and friendly. I would recommend her to anyone.
